Last week of School and a Snow Day???

This is what we woke up to this morning....
Yes, it is MAY 24!!!! Our poor little Maple tree is bending too much!
Our other big tree lost a big branch right on top of our swing setThis is our poor lilac tree with lilacs in bloom! We declared it an official snow day and let Lani stay home from school. She helped shake off all of the branches to save the treesAmmon decided to join in on the fun:)Hot Chocolate at the end of May? Why not! It was also declared an official jammy day. I felt like crackin' out the Christmas tree. The damage was done though. My poor cute chives and the flowers that I just planted were all bending over in the snow. This is our next door neighbor's tree. I think everyone lost at least one tree limb. Some neighbors got it bad. The snow was mostly gone by about 1 pm.
Meanwhile, we are watching cartoons and eating beef jerky. why not? It's a snow day. Field day is on Wednesday. It is supposed to be 74 degrees. Gotta love Utah weather!

Halle is 4 Months~

And is she ever sweet as can be! I find myself loving and enjoying this little lamby so much. She is so happy and sweet. She got her first cold this month:( and couldn't breath well for awhile. She has always been a good eater but found it frustrating to eat with a cold. She learned to roll from front to back this month (barely) and has found out that she has hands. She studies her fingers and hands and is starting to like toys. She tasted her first strawberry, apple and banana(just little licks:). She loves her mama and daddy and gets very nervous when kids climb in her crib with her. She smiles at strangers and loves her brothers and sister. Oh how we love this 4 month old Halle Grace!~I just can't resist these cute, ticklish little Johnson legs :)

Love you Halle baby!

Favorite April-isms

Here are some of my favorite April pictures!

Ammon loves his Halle Gracie! These series of shots are too cute:
If you don't know Mac, this is his classic pose (sword in hand, this face, no shirt, usually a cape)

I'll tell you a secret... you look like me!~
(cute Halle outfit compliments of Auntie Amber)
Trouble, trouble, trouble!!!
Mac and Ammon decided to be funny and pee on Marrick's bed Sunday night for fun. I walk in the room and it reaks of pee and there is a puddle of pee on Marrick's pillow and at the foot of the bed. Supposedly they did it at the same time and thought it was "SO Funny." Looks like dad thought it was so funny too :) They had to scrub the mattress for about 45 minutes until dad said they could stop. Trouble! (I snuck these pictures through the screen door)

Halle is the laughing-est, smiling-est baby.
Yes, we are still wearing Auntie Kim's "snow princess" shirt because it is still snowing and it's MAY!!!!

Brothers...

I love these brothers, notice the bananas, swords and Mac's cape... classic boys:) Now if they could just stop beating on each other?!!

Silly MAC, always a ham!
First roll!
Who do I belong to again?
Oh How I LOVE to Stand!

Happy Easter 2010

Watch out! I played catch up on blogging! (Anna loves 3 posts in one day :)
For Easter we got a special treat today because we got to listen to the prophet this weekend for General Conference (and Aaron is double excited because it is opening day for baseball). The talks were all amazing. I love to be reminded why I love the gospel of Jesus Christ so much and to feel so edified, fulfilled and happy. We celebrated by enjoying all 4 sessions at home and today we had family over for a ham sandwich lunch. The kids enjoyed an indoor spring egg hunt (because it snowed today!) after the last session of conference and then we talked about the true meaning of Easter as we gorged on candy. What a great day. Happy Easter!
Our little bunny For all you Johnson's: The silver egg was hidden in a CLEAN diaper all rolled up on the couch. Alana finally found it after a few hot and cold hints. It contained a dollar and some snickers! Score!!!
I love how this shot shows her double chin and her 'baby's first Easter' bib. (just don't look at the lady blinking next to her)

Halle's 3 months

Halle was 3 months old on her Auntie Em's Birthday this week! She has gotten so big already. She is a sweet, chubby, happy baby girl. She will talk, coo and laugh out loud. When I sing to her, she sings with me (I'm serious! She coos EVERY time I sing). She is so loved by all of her siblings, especially Ammon and she loves to be where everyone is. She gets very bored if she doesn't hear someone. We love this little munchkin so much! Can't imagine life without her. (sporting some Auntie Kim wear for her 3 month shot)
(sporting some Auntie Rae and Nana wear here and boots from auntie Jenna :)

March-isms

Just some March-isms since I've gotten behind lately. We had mom, dad and auntie Rachael Cothran at our house for the first part of March. Then I caught some cute shots of the 2 littlest Cothrans (the first of them together) "Save me!"
oh thank you ammon.
Are you my brother?
My Nana that spoiled me by holding and loving me :)
Love you pop pop. He was such a trooper. I would just hand him Halle every once in awhile. He seemed not to mind. Love you man!
OK Auntie Kim, you are so sweet for giving me the cutest jammies! Love 'em!
(notice it says, "my Auntie loves me")
Halle and Auntie Rachael sure had a sweet, amazing bond. Rachael has an amazing way with kids. We think she is our Super auntie. But Halle just loved her and would coo and smile at her all the time! By the way, don't you just LOVE this shot!
So, Rachael found this awesome toy for Halle. It is like a glow-worm. It is a sea horse with a tummy that lights up and plays classical music. I LOVE it! I went and bought one for Mac since he isn't the easiest to put to bed. He now stays in bed sooo much better. It is like a flashlight, stuffed animal and CD player in one. (fisher price, ocean wonders, soothe and glow sea horse)

Oh my Nana LOVES me!
